General comments <br />by the Planning Commission: <br />1. Septic alternate site for Lot 1 (existing house) must be within <br />Lot 1 if a standard plat is proposed. Some flexibility may be <br />possible if a PRD is proposed. <br />2. Whether a standard plat or PRD is proposed, Planning Commission <br />might consider granting lot area variances, given the overall 3 <br />residence/17 acres density. <br />3. Planning Commission would prefer that access corridors be provided <br />to the Reiersgord, Asao, and Deters properties, given the access <br />concerns with those properties. <br />4. 50' outlet corridors would be appropriate throughout the <br />subdivision; paved width of actual road/driyeway to be standard 24 ir <br />all houses are served, perhaps some flexibility on paving it less <br />houses are served. <br />5.
