<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Bruce G. Paddock, single, fee owner of the
<br />following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
<br />Lots 1 and 3, Block 1, BRACKETTS POINT;
<br />ALSO
<br />That part of vacated Bracketts Point Road, as said road was dedicated to the public in
<br />the plat of REARRANGEMENT OF ORONO POINT, which lies southerly of a line drawn
<br />from the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, BRACKETTS POINT, to the most
<br />northerly corner of Lot 3, said Block 1,
<br />Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BRACKETTS POINT 2ND ADDITION, and does
<br />hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the public way, and the drainage and
<br />utility easements as shown on the plat.
