MINUTES OF THE PLANNING CONKISSION MEETING HELD JULY <br />21, 1985 <br />#1056 HANSON continued <br />Olai & Hilda Hanson were present for this matter. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained <br />request to construct a 201 x 24 + P the <br />detached garage <br />5' - 7.5' from the side <br />yard lot line requiring a <br />variance. He noted that the applicants surveyindicates <br />the neighbor's, Frances Golden, 1380 tes <br />garage is located on the Railroad road Ave., <br />applicants property. Today, <br />Frances Golden submitted his own survey dated .in 19 <br />which indicates the garage located 50 <br />line. Both the applicant i c 2 • � + from the lot <br />pp ant and Mr. Golden have indicated <br />that there was a court action in 1971 that affected <br />lot line. He also objected y trees on the <br />d to taking a 50 h0 easement <br />on his property for a future road when he does not <br />inter:d any ?sigh density development and would serve <br />benefit the property to the east. He to <br />not feel the proposed thr stated that he did <br />P P oughroad was the most central <br />location for it, recommending a throughroad on the east <br />lot line of the Ha 1 1 son estate plat. <br />
