He noted that the applicants surveyindicates <br />the neighbor's, Frances Golden, 1380 tes <br />garage is located on the Railroad road Ave., <br />applicants property. Today, <br />Frances Golden submitted his own survey dated .in 19 <br />which indicates the garage located 50 <br />line. He also objected y trees on the <br />d to taking a 50 h0 easement <br />on his property for a future road when he does not <br />inter:d any ?sigh density development and would serve <br />benefit the property to the east. He to <br />not feel the proposed thr stated that he did <br />P P oughroad was the most central <br />location for it, recommending a throughroad on the east <br />lot line of the Ha 1 1 son estate plat. <br />
