As per Ordinance No. 246 , (Big Island Zoning Standards) Section <br /> �(o� 1� 34 . 368 (d) (2) , copy attached, your cabin must be setback 30 ' from <br /> �,� ��� � the side lot lines. I noted the sketch in Smith' s septic system <br /> j�� 1r proposal showed a 10 '-15 ' setback. I suggest you contact Zoning <br /> ,,s� �.
