While better than previous years there <br />is still room for improvement. <br />Plan to improve. Will look to develop a preventive maintenance schedule for operators that will then be spot <br />checked by the new Mechanic. <br />PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT/ TRAINING: List your training/professional development achievements for the past <br />year. <br />Achievement 1. I completed my shade tree recert via online training. <br />Achievement 2.
