The purpose of this action item is to gain approval for the disposal of a firearms. <br /> <br />2. Background. Over the last several years the police department has acquired several guns (2) <br />by various means. Some have been taken during search warrants and others have been seized <br />when used illegally. These 2 guns will be sold to a reputable license firearms dealer. <br /> <br />3. Project Scope.
