We have additional thoughts: <br />We respectfully request the new concept of this dock licensure program at Big Island be <br />denied. The item should be pulled from the agenda tonight. <br />Since the Council and Mayor assured our neighbors Jeff and Olivia Hornig of 450BI <br />(therefore ourselves) we have been blind-sighted by this process. <br />Our schedules were planned to be out of town until April 15 and we are therefore unable to <br />attend tonight’s meeting in person. <br />It seems unreasonable for us to abandon our grand-fathered dock location in use since 1909 <br />building of the cabin we purchased. <br />We respectfully request adequate time for a plan and more time taken to review all this by the <br />Council. Please vote to deny or table with refund for the licensee's application.
