The proposed use and conditions attached with the Oare accessory building will lessen traffic, <br />congestion, and parking requirements in this area of Casco Point Road due to the resulting <br />temporary family & friend only use vs. the previous full-time, year-round, separate single family <br />home use & occupancy. <br />Although the Oares & the Abbotts strongly encourage recognition of the overall reasonability of this <br />request, as co-owners, they must consider the alternative – a disapproval. <br />If not approved, the 2965 property could go back on the market, and remain a non-conforming lot with <br />all its current rights, privileges, permits, and easements. Another possibility could be to share the <br />property and leave all existing conditions fully in place, but use as a single family, year-round rental <br />home. Cooperatively, to be very clear, these options are absolutely not the design or the intentions of <br />this application. <br />
