Over the past several years the City has undertaken several planning efforts and <br />completed a number of improvements in and adjoining the park. The master plan for <br />Summit Beach is intended to allow for near and long-term improvements to be considered <br />for the site for continued enjoyment by residents. The associated cost estimates will be <br />used to inform priorities and funding sources to be planned and implemented as part of the <br />City’s capital improvement plan. <br /> <br />Proposed Scope of Services <br />We propose to complete the following Summit Beach tasks: <br /> <br />1. Master Plan Development…………………………………………………..……………………..$5,300 <br />• Create a site analysis graphic for the park <br />• Create 2-3 conceptual plans for review with City Staff/Parks Commission <br />• Consolidate previous work and planning efforts for the park in the conceptual plans <br />• Meet with Staff /Park Committee to review conceptual plans <br />• Create a preferred master plan concept based on input from City/Community <br />Plan Deliverables: <br />a. Site analysis graphic <br />b. 2-3 conceptual plans with preliminary cost estimates <br />c. Preferred master plan (rendered, scalable 22”x34”) <br />2.
