This application is regarding rear and side setback variances in order to construct additions <br />to the existing home. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received and was considered to be complete <br />on July 21st, 2021. The 60-Day review period was extended at the applicant’s request and will now expire <br />on July 16, 2022. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The Council reviewed the revised project at the May 9th meeting. The <br />Council approved the project based on the revised plans on the Consent Agenda with a 4 to 0 vote. In <br />response, Staff drafted an approval resolution for adoption. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On September 20, 2021 the Planning Commission held <br />a public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 7 to 0 on a motion to <br />approve the original variances requested. <br /> <br />5. Staff Recommendation.
