erosion control plan may also be approved by Minnehah Creek Watershed District. If the Plans <br /> vary from the terms of this Contract,the terms of this Co tract shall control. The Plans are: <br /> Plan A - Plat <br /> Plan B - Final Grading, Development, rosion Control Plan, and Storm Water <br /> Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> Plan C - Plans and Specifications for Pub ic and Private Improvements <br /> Plan D—Ecological Restoration and Ma agement Program <br /> Plan E - Landscape Plan <br /> 8. IMPROVEMENTS. The Developer s all install and pay for the following as <br /> required to be built in accordance with the approved Plan (the"Improvements"): <br /> A. Site Grading, Ponding, and Erosi n Control <br /> B. Setting of Iron Monuments <br /> C. Surveying and Staking ' <br /> D. Private Roadway <br /> E. Traffic Control Signs, Street Sig and Development Sign <br /> F. Underground Utilities <br /> G. Stormwater Quality Pond <br /> H. Trails <br /> The Improvements shall be installed in accordance w th the City subdivision ordinance; City <br /> standard specifications for utilities and street construct on; and any other ordinances including <br /> those concerning erosion and drainage and any prohibiti g grading, construction activity, and the <br /> use of power equipment. The Developer shall submit lans and specifications which have been <br /> prepared by a competent registered professional engin er to the City for approval by the City <br /> Engineer. The Developer shall instruct its engineer to pr vide adequate field inspection personnel <br /> to assure an acceptable level of quality control. In addit' n, the City may, at the City's discretion <br /> and at the Developer's expense, have one or more City nspectors and a soil engineer inspect the <br /> work as the City may reasonably determine.
