Said notice must advise said parties that they show <br /> cause, if any they have, why the Order as hereinafter recommended should not be entered. <br /> I therefore recommend upon the return of said Order to Show Cause and upon due <br /> proof of the foregoing matters at the hearing herein, no valid objection to the contrary <br /> then appearing, that this Court enter an Order as follows: <br /> 1. That the Registrar of Titles show by memorial upon <br /> Certificates of Title Nos. 681809 and 597888 that the access <br /> easement created in Document No. 1547565 is valid. <br /> 2. That upon the issuance of future Certificates of Title for the <br /> land described in Certificate of Title No. 597888, the Registrar <br /> of Titles omit the memorials of Document No. 1547565 and of <br /> • this Order and in lieu thereof he carry into the body of each <br /> new Certificate of Title for said land, a recital as follows: <br /> Subject to an appurtenant easement for access to Lake <br /> Minnetonka for the benefit of Lot 1, Block 1, Chapman <br /> Addition, over the Southeasterly 15 feet of Lot 2, said <br /> Block and Addition; see Order Document <br /> No. _ (here insert the document number <br /> assigned to this Order). <br /> 3.
