That on the 20th day of June, 1986, the Registrar of Titles entered Certificate <br /> of Title No. 681809 to Robert F. Letendre, Sr. and 'Theresa L. Wiebe for land described as <br /> follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Chapman Addition. <br /> 2. That on the 28th day of January, 1980, the Registrar of Titles entered <br /> Certificate of Title No. 597888 to Kenneth O. Chapman and Patricia E. Chapman for land <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Chapman Addition. <br /> 3. That each of the aforesaid Certificates of Title contains the memorial of <br /> agreement Document No. 1548565, an easement dated March 25, 1983, creating an <br /> easement to enter upon, walk upon and pass over the Southeasterly 15 feet of Lot 2, <br /> Block 1, Chapman Addition, in favor of and appurtenant to said Lot 1. <br /> 4. [I assume there will be evidence at the hearing to support a finding in the <br /> Order to be entered herein] That agreement Document No. 1547565 is a valid creation of <br /> the easement described therein. <br /> 5. That notice of these proceedings should be given to Kenneth O. Chapman, <br /> Patricia E. Chapman, Meritor Mortgage Corporation, State Bank of Mound [respective <br /> - 1 _ EXHIBIT C <br />
