Wiebe , <br /> in Relation to Certificate MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT <br /> Title No. 681809 issued for/and OF MOTION <br /> in the County of Hennepin and <br /> State of Minnesota and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot 1 , Block 1 , Chapman Addition. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> This case results from a petition for an order to add an <br /> appurtenant lake access easement to the legal description of a <br /> piece of Torrens property. <br /> The property at issue is Lots 1 and 2, Chapman Addition, <br /> which constitute all of Chapman Addition in Orono, Minnesota. <br /> The property was platted by Kenneth O. Chapman and spouse in <br /> 1980 . The Chapmans still own Lot 2 of Chapman Addition ( the <br /> "Chapman parcel" ) . Lot 1 of Chapman Addition is owned by the <br /> Petitioners ( the Letendre parcel) . A copy of the Plat of Chapman <br /> Addition is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> On March 25, 1983 the Chapmans executed an Agreement which <br /> conveyed to the then owners of the Letendre parcel, an appurte- <br /> nant easement for access to the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka over <br /> the southeasterly 15 feet of the Chapman parcel (see attached <br /> -1- <br />
