21 <br /> <br />21-021 <br />Forcemain <br />Replacements <br />Tonkawa PH2 <br />This project will replace aging force main along <br />Tonkawa Road. <br />This project was completed early in 2021 <br />and was a precursor to the pavement work <br />on Park and Elm. The project exceeded <br />budget due to underground utility conflicts <br />and location issues. <br />21-022 <br />Walters Port <br />Water Main <br />Replacement <br />Replacement of Water main and hydrants in <br />conjunction with the private road replacement <br />The project was completed in 2021. The <br />project included a significant change order <br />with additional pipe, service connection ad <br />hydrants added. The project came in on <br />budget. <br />21-026 <br />Casco Point <br />Stormwater <br />Improvements <br />The project consists of three items from the <br />surface Water Management Plan (SWMP): <br />retrofit of the bio retention basin (CB-1); <br />construction of an control structure (O-1); and <br />installation of a sump manhole at the south end <br />of Casco Point Rd (CB-2). <br />This project was incorporated into the <br />Streets project. <br />21-028 <br />Fagerness <br />Point <br />Stormwater <br />Project <br />The project consists installation of curb and <br />gutter, catch basins and storm pipes. <br />This project was incorporated into the <br />Streets project. <br />21-039 New <br />Public Works <br />Facility <br />The project includes the procurement of a site, <br />design, site preparation, utility extension and <br />construction of a new Public Works Facility. <br />The project is expected to be complete in <br />2023. 2021 activity included preliminary <br />design and Bonding. <br /> <br />9.04. Support to Staff Departments.
