The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them if the <br />work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position. <br />•Provide customer service to residents, contractors and the general public regarding <br />information related to the City and/or refer them to the appropriate resource. <br />•Administers Public Works and Parks related license and permit programs, including: <br />scheduling inspections, records, and processing forms. <br />•Handle cash receipts from customers. <br />•Meets and greets residents, clients and visitors, contractors provides information or <br />supplies, and directs visitors to the appropriate staff <br />•Provides operational support, including filing, maintaining calendars, correspondence, <br />report preparation, data entry, word processing, database design and administration, <br />website administration, and completion of special projects.
