The purpose of the council item is to gain council approval for the following Position <br />Descriptions and authorization be begin the recruiting process to fill them. <br /> <br />2. Background. Throughout the 2021 budgeting process the Staff and Organization committee <br />reviewed and recommended changes to the City Staff Organization. As a result the 2022 budget was <br />adjusted to include three new positons and a change of job description and responsibilities for one <br />position. Department directors developed new job descriptions for these positions. The job descriptions <br />were then reviewed and scored by the Finance Director and City Administrator. <br /> <br />3. Job Description Summary.
