Uniform Fire Code Section <br /> 27. 414 (enclosed) . <br /> 4 - No water or sanitation facilities in structure - outhouse <br /> in back of lot - Orono Municipal Code 82. 030 (d) , State <br /> Plumbing Code section MHD 120 (a) (f) (enclosed) . <br /> 5 - Building is in a state of deterioration and dilapitation, <br /> thus it is a safety and health hazard.
