Option l : The explicit inclusion of Option 1 within <br />this agreement shall require the City of Orono to render the <br />City of Minnetonka Beach inspection services related to and <br />enforcement of the Minnesota Plumbing Code regulations r4HD <br />120-135 . <br />Option 2 : The explicit inclusion of Option 2 within <br />this agreement shall require the City of Orono to render the <br />City of Minnetonka Beach inspection services related to and <br />enforcement of the Nlinnesota Heating, Ventilating, Air <br />Conditioning and Refrigeration Code regulations SBC 7101-8505 <br />and 8801-$810 . <br />2. Adoption of Building Codes. The City of Minnetonka <br />Beach agrees to adopt by ordinance the Minnesota State Building <br />Code incluaing SBC 101-202, 301-336 , 6001-6013 , and the Organiza- <br />tion and nforcement regulations ( SBC appendix D or UBC Chapter <br />2) and the permits and inspections regulations ( SBC appendix E <br />or UBC Chapter 3 ) . The City of Minnetonka Beach may adopt the <br />standard fee schedule or any alternate schedule as provided by <br />SBC 110 . All adopted regulations shall be the current code <br />editions enforced by the City of Orono. The City of Orono shall <br />inform the City of Minnetonka Beach whenever the ordinances of the <br />City of Minnetonka Beach must be revised to include a new or <br />revised code edition. <br />Option l : The explicit inclusion of Option 1 within <br />this agreement shall be contingent upon the City of Minnetonka <br />Beach' s adopting by ordinance the Minnesota State Plumbing Code <br />regulations I IHD 120-135 . <br />Option 2: The explicit inclusion of Option 2 within <br />this agreement shall be contingent upon the City of Minnetonka <br />Beach' s adopting by ordinance the Minnesota Heating, Ventilating, <br />Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Code regulations, SBC 7101- <br />8505 , 8$01-8810 . <br />2-
