With the addition Bonding Bill Funding all elements of the originally proposed project are <br />funded with funds left over for some follow on work. The extend of the follow on funding will be subject <br />to any restriction that come with the Bonding Bill and a determination by the council of how much of the <br />bonding bill funds should be used to cover the city’s portion of the project funding.
