The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to install a bathroom, including <br />shower, in an accessory building. <br /> <br />2. Background. The applicant wishes to install a bathroom facilities in a 450 square foot accessory <br />building. The heated two story building includes a bathroom, storage space and open office/ exercise <br />space. A conditional use permit is required due to the proposed shower. <br /> <br />3. 15.99 Deadline. The applicant made a complete application on September 22, 2020. Following the <br />60-day Rule the application review period will expire November 21, 2020. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment The Planning Commission reviewed the application and <br />held a public hearing October 19, 2020. The Commission discussed and agreed with findings for approval. <br />Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 6 to 0 on a motion to approve the requested <br />variance. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment To date, no submitted public comments have been received. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
