To complete the condition assessment of these manholes and develop construction <br />plans, our staff located each manhole, took photos of the exterior and interior conditions, and analyzed <br />those photos using a standardized format with rehabilitation recommendations. Not all the manholes that <br />were investigated as part of this project are currently behind rehabbed due to project budget con straints, <br />and that portion of the construction plans will be held for use on a subsequent project, adding efficiency <br />on that future work. <br />Fee Estimate <br />Based on the scope of Construction Services described above, we propose a not-to -exceed fee of $25,000 <br />to be billed on an hourly basis. <br />Based on the scope of Manhole Investigation scope change described above, we pro pose a not-to -exceed <br />fee of $10,000 to be billed on an hourly basis for that added work. <br />Our total proposed fee for the remaining phases of this project is $35,000. <br />Please let me know if you have questions or need additional information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br />David P.
