Provision to the City6fa pemlit from Hennepin County for construction ofthepiivateroad <br />access to Brown Road South. <br />NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings ofResolutionNo. <br />5204, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the Planned Residential Development <br />plat ofCREEKSIDEIN ORONO, He1mepin County, Minnesota subject to the following declarations and <br />conditions: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Shoreland Status. In addition to the various development limitations established herein, Lots <br />1 through 7 are within or partial! y within the designated Shoreland Overlay Distiict and <br />subject to the City of Orono Shoreland regulations pertinent to tiibutaiies. <br />Lot Development Standards.
