The <br />following members were absent: Aaron Printup. Representing Staff were City Administrator Dustin Rief, <br />Development Director Jeremy Barnhart, City Planner Melanie Curtis, Public Works Director/City <br />Engineer Adam Edwards, and City Attorney Soren Mattick. <br /> <br />Mayor Walsh called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Ms. Claire Berrett, on behalf of a group of parents who organized the Orono High School Senior <br />Graduation Parade, thanked the City of Orono leadership and Police Department for their support of the <br />event held on June 5. She noted the seniors did not get a chance to say good-bye to their classmates, staff <br />members, and teachers when they left school in March. They also did not have a sense of closure or
