Council approval i� based on the site plan submitted by the applicants and <br /> aiulotated by Cit�� staff; attached to this Resolution as Eahibit B. Any <br /> amendments to the site plan which are not in confonnity with City codes will <br /> require further Planning Commission and City Cotulcil review. <br /> 2. Hardcover in the 0-7�' zone shall not increase above the level of 3.5%. <br /> Hardcover in the 75'-250' zone shall be limited to 11,430 s.f. or 20% and <br /> hardcover in the 0-250' zone shall be limited to 30% per the proposed plan and <br /> hardcover allowance sununary as depicted on Eahibit B. Applicants are advised <br /> that any firture requests to increase hardcover or chan�e the nature of <br /> existin�/approved l�ardcover shall require City approval, and increases ii7 <br /> hardcover will not lil:el�� be approved ���ithout eoncunent reduction in e�istin2 <br /> hardcover. � <br /> �. 1�pplicants shall remove all plastic or fabric liner material froi�� the decorative <br /> landscape beds on tl�e property io ensure their pernleabilit� as noz�-harcicover <br /> surfaces. <br /> 4.
