Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council of Orono, the respective <br /> owners must apply to the City for legal combination for tax purposes all of the <br /> existing and newly created parcels by intended ownership per the proposed legal <br /> descriptions labeled A and B in that same survey, and per the combinations <br /> shown on the sketch attached to this resolution as Exhibit B. <br /> 4. The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed <br /> by the City of Orono with Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on or <br /> before March 12, 1995 together with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br /> 5. The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been <br /> filed by the date specified above.
