I started with the state statute, grouping together the definitions of undue hardship. (Current#1- <br /> #5 and most of#11) <br /> #6 and#7 are in paragraph (c). <br /> #8, #9, are less rigorous restatements of#2 so they are omitted. <br /> #10 isn't mentioned in the statute so it is omitted. <br /> I kept most of parameter#12 as the "hardship not convenience"phrasing seems so appropriate <br /> for Orono. <br /> 8 <br />
