The grading plans are dated 8-5-10. We have the following comments with regards to <br /> engineering matters: <br /> • The proposed retaining walls exceed 4 feet in height. Engineered design and details <br /> specific to this site and each wall over 4 feet should be submitted for review. <br /> • The proposed grades shown on the grading plan do not match the house elevations that <br /> were submitted. Theses two plans should agree. <br /> • This project will need Minnehaha Creek Watershed District permits for work in the creek <br /> bed area. Revisions to this area may be necessary to comply with the permits. We <br /> recommend waiting with final city wetland related review comments until watershed <br /> district approval has been obtained. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be <br /> submitted.
