Representing Staff were City Administrator/Engineer Adam Edwards and Finance Director Ron <br />Olson. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Crosby would like to pull Item 6 for discussion, and noted on Item 10 Representative Kelly <br />Morrison has cancelled and will possibly reschedule.
