Planning Staff recommends approval of the hardcover and lake setback <br />variances to accommodate the changes to the boardwalk to improve safety and comply with <br />accessibility regulations. However, staff cannot identify practical difficulties which support the <br />expansion of the boat building footprint. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The applicant has provided some supplementary detail sheets (Exhibit B) and is planning to present <br />additional information relating to the accessibility accommodations in support of the project at Monday’s <br />meeting.
