At the August 9th meeting the Council provided the applicant and Staff with <br />direction to clarify hardcover and building removals within the 75-foot setback which offset the proposed <br />improvements. The applicant submitted an updated plan meeting that direction. Staff has prepared a <br />resolution reflecting approval of the variances with the appropriate hardcover reductions. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council should consider amending or adopting the attached resolution. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
