This estimate includes payment <br />removals, forcemain abandonment, connection to existing forcemain and also includes a <br />signed change order reflecting the field change from pipe bursting to directionally drilling. <br />This change was necessitated by the location of the existing forcemain. Once it was <br />successfully located, it was determined to be in an area that would pose significant risk to <br />existing sewer facilities if we were to proceed with the original pipe bursting plan. The <br />change order also reflects the efforts needed to successfully locate the existing forcemain <br />and process changes to incorporate the new design. <br />We have reviewed the estimate, verified the quantities, and recommend payment in the <br />amount of $248,661.02, which includes a retained percentage of 5%. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information. <br />Sincerely, <br />BOLTON & MENK, INC. <br /> David P.
