Staff recommends approval of the average lakeshore setback and side yard <br />setback variances to permit the 2nd story addition as proposed. Staff recommends approval of the <br />hardcover variance to permit the deck; however, staff continues to recommend the deck/deck stair be <br />moved inward to meet the 7.5 foot side setback and to not encroach into the 75-foot setback. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Direct Staff to draft a resolution reflecting the Council’s decision.
