MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Monday, May 17, 2021 <br />6:00 o’clock p.m. <br />_____________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Libby asked if this is sewered. <br /> <br />Curtis replied yes, it is sewered. <br /> <br />Ressler said generally speaking to trigger the covenant, is it at the time of rough building inspection and <br />does it then come back to the Commission? <br /> <br />Curtis replied when they apply for the permit and show features on the plan the applicant is required to <br />provide a covenant prior to issuance of the permit. The covenant is dependent upon the noted features that <br />will be roughed in. They would not be able to proceed if they did not have a covenant; it would not come <br />back to the Commission as it is just a covenant at the Staff level. <br /> <br />Ressler noted that includes a shower, as well. <br /> <br />Curtis answered that is true. <br /> <br />Ressler is on board with the applicant as applied. <br /> <br />Ressler moved, Bollis seconded, to approve LA21-000031, 724 Tonkawa Rd, Variance as applied. <br />VOTE: Ayes 7, Nays 0. <br />
