Each edge of a service area canopy facing a street is <br />permitted 25 square feet of sign area in addition to all other sign area permitted on the site. <br />Such signage may be illuminated externally, internally, or backlit, but no other part of the face of <br />the canopy shall be illuminated. <br />Variance (78-1478 (2)) Monument Signs. <br />a. No more than one monument sign shall be permitted on any site except in cases <br />where properties front more than one public street.
