(Exhibit G); It appears unlikely that it will be. <br /> <br />The vacation of an easement is final, acquiring future easements in the area can be very expensive <br />and time consuming. Planning staff recommends that a portion of the easement be vacated, and <br />a new easement be created. This is illustrated on the attached Staff’s Exhibit D. This would shift <br />the easement to the property line between Lots 4 and 5, allowing for future sanitary sewer needs <br />in the area. <br /> <br />Public Comments <br />To date, no public comments have been received. <br /> <br />Issues for Consideration <br />1.
