Engineering will be required for the retaining walls. <br />Response: This will be done with construction plan documents <br /> <br />b. Some sort of fence or similar is necessary along to top of these walls that are greater than 4 feet. <br />Response: Back picket fencing (similar to existing) will be on walls over 4 ft tall <br /> <br />9. Plat. The plat proposes a drainage and utility easement over all lot 3. Please verify this lot may also <br />be used for parking, access, and signage. <br />Response: Lot 3 will be used for parking, access and signage. D&U easements do not restrict <br />these surface improvements <br /> <br />10. Grading and Drainage plan. This plan shows the existing sign for the day care center. Is another <br />freestanding sign proposed, or with the apartment building utilize this sign structure? <br />Response: The existing monument sign will be modified for new project <br />
