<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NO. 7228 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Orono Police Department enter into a grant agreement with the <br />Minnesota Department of Public Safety, for traffic safety enforcement projects during the period <br />from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Chief Correy Farniok is hereby authorized to <br />execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of <br />the Orono Police Department and to be the fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular meeting held <br />October 11, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________________ ______________________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br /> <br />
