This <br /> number is necessary in order to correctly determine the final dollar amount <br /> of Sewer Connection Charges to be deferred for the Senior Housing <br /> Building. <br /> ❑ Legal description for Road, Drainage and Utility Easements (if not shown <br /> on final plat) to be granted to the City. Road easement is to permit public <br /> ingress/egress over the driveways on the site to guarantee future access for <br /> a public road should the City choose to develop a service road connection <br /> to the west in the future. <br /> ❑ Legal description for Cross Easements to be provided to allow for ingress <br /> and egress over the driveways and sidewalks on the site to allow access <br /> between the office building and senior housing parcel. <br /> ❑ Legal description for any Drainage and Utility Easements over utility <br /> lines and rights of way if not shown on final plat. <br /> ❑ Title information(title opinion or evidence of ownership satisfactory to <br /> City Attorney) must be submitted by Developer <br /> O Financial Plan.
