I have left some findings <br /> in the document that are the same findings we had made in the General Concept Plan approval. In <br /> some cases they are verbatim to what the General Concept Plan read. Do you feel it is necessary to <br /> repeat? I have also written notes in the margins of things we may want to add/change. <br /> This is a list of outstanding issues or additional info we may need before the final approval: <br /> • Payment of Final Plat fees. <br /> • Is the senior building for 55 + or 62 +? <br /> • Final lighting plan, including plans for street lighting to match the Long Lake plan. <br /> • Final traffic signage, Greg (and possible the P.D.) may want to comment before we ask for <br /> final plans. <br /> • Final monument sign plans. <br /> • MnDot approval of the Stormwater Management Plans <br /> • MCWD approval of SWMP. <br /> • Landscaping Plan shall be reviewed by DSU (Wally Case will review) <br /> • All utility, grading, stormwater management, etc. shall be approved by Public Works and <br /> Engineering (Kellogg is reviewing) Estimate shall be given to Dunbar for letter of credit. <br /> • Fire Marshal and Steve Persion are meeting later this week to review and approve final plans <br /> • Met Council final determination is required for determining SAC units <br />
