Pitch pump <br />chamber outlet to ensure complete drain back to pump chamber. <br />Establish turf to prevent erosion and freezing. <br />Each tank is to be pumped through the maintenance cover when serviced. Do not pump <br />through inspection pipes. <br />Homeowner is responsible for all costs involved in servicing, monitoring, and mitigating the <br />system. <br />All construction to be performed in accordance with MN Rule 7080. <br />Nothing other than human waste, toilet tissue, laundry, showers, water softener etc. should be <br />disposed of into the septic tank. Recommend iron filters be diverted out of the system. <br />Recommended to divert the water softener as well. Garbage disposals are no recommend. due <br />to adding more solids and fine solids passing through the system. Excessive amounts of soap, <br />antibacterial soaps, cleaning agent, showers, cleaners used every shower and chlorine agents <br />may kill the bacteria needed to treat septic effluent.
