Section 7.04 Agreement to Pay Attorneys' Fees and Expenses. In the event the Borrower should default under any of the provisions of this Agreement, Mortgage or the Subordinate Mortgage and the Trustee or a receiver should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of payments due or to become due hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Borrower contained in this Agreement, Mortgage or the Subordinate Mortgage, the Borrower agrees that it will on demand therefor reimburse the reasonable fee of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred. Section 7.05 Advances. In the event the Borrower shall fail to pay any Loan Repayments under Section 4.02 hereof,or to do any other thing or make any other payment required to be done or made by any other provision of this Agreement, Mortgage or the Subordinate Mortgage,the Trustee may do or cause to be done any such thing or make or cause to be made any such payment at the expense or as an advance for the account of the Borrower,and the Borrower shall pay to the Trustee,upon demand,all costs and expenses so incurred and advances so made. Any such advance shall be entitled to priority of payment from any funds thereafter received from the Borrower or under Section 7.02. Section 7.06 Notice and Borrower's Remedial Plans. Borrower shall give prompt notice to the Trustee and all other Holders of any occurrence of an Event of Default, setting forth a reasonable description of the nature and cause of the Event of Default and describing the plans,if any,of the Borrower to remedy the Event of Default.
