by the other party,such waiver shall be limited to a particular breach so waived and shall not be deemed to <br /> waive any other breach hereunder. <br /> Section 7.04 Agreement to Pay Attorneys' Fees and Expenses. In the event the Borrower <br /> should default under any of the provisions of this Agreement, Mortgage or the Subordinate Mortgage and <br /> the Trustee or a receiver should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of payments due <br /> or to become due hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement <br /> on the part of the Borrower contained in this Agreement, Mortgage or the Subordinate Mortgage, the <br /> Borrower agrees that it will on demand therefor reimburse the reasonable fee of such attorneys and such <br /> other expenses so incurred. <br /> Section 7.05 Advances. In the event the Borrower shall fail to pay any Loan Repayments <br /> under Section 4.02 hereof,or to do any other thing or make any other payment required to be done or made <br /> by any other provision of this Agreement, Mortgage or the Subordinate Mortgage,the Trustee may do or <br /> cause to be done any such thing or make or cause to be made any such payment at the expense or as an <br /> advance for the account of the Borrower,and the Borrower shall pay to the Trustee,upon demand,all costs <br /> and expenses so incurred and advances so made. Any such advance shall be entitled to priority of payment <br /> from any funds thereafter received from the Borrower or under Section 7.02. <br /> Section 7.06 Notice and Borrower's Remedial Plans. Borrower shall give prompt notice <br /> to the Trustee and all other Holders of any occurrence of an Event of Default, setting forth a reasonable <br /> description of the nature and cause of the Event of Default and describing the plans,if any,of the Borrower <br /> to remedy the Event of Default. <br /> [End of Article VII] <br /> -54- <br />
