3. Right-of-way width should be identified on the satellite photos to ensure consistency with <br /> Section 3.3 of the permit. <br /> 4. A legend identifying the markings shown on the satellite photos should be provided. <br /> 5. An explanation should be provided for an apparent discrepancy between the height of <br /> Structure 077 in Section 2.3 of the permit (70 to 90 feet), and sheet NH-253583-15 in the <br /> filing (100 feet). <br /> Department staff has advised Xcel Energy staff of these issues and understands that Xcel Energy <br /> is working to provide additional information in a timeframe that allows construction to proceed <br /> during frozen conditions.
