CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7212 <br />1. The City Council finds that the sale of the portion of the Current City Parcels for $1.00 has no <br />relationship to the comprehensive municipal plan; <br />2. Review by the Planning Commission of the acquisition of the Property is hereby dispensed with; <br />3. The combination of the Current Applicant Property and the Current City Parcels is exempt from <br />the subdivision requirements of the City Code pursuant to City Code Section 82-200, and therefore <br />may be completed through a lot line adjustment; <br />4. The lot line adjustment of the Current Applicant Property to become the Final Applicant Property <br />and the Current City Parcels to become the Final City Parcels is hereby approved; <br />5.
