I <br /> I <br /> 4.8 Other Requirements. <br /> I <br /> 4.8.1 Applicable Codes <br /> I The Permittee shall comply with applicable requirements of the NESC including <br /> clearances to ground, clearance to crossing utilities, clearance to buildings,right-of-way <br /> widths, erecting power poles,and stringing of transmission line conductors. The <br /> I transmission line facility shall also meet the North American Electric Reliability <br /> Corporation's (NERC)reliability standards. <br /> I 4.8.2 Other Permits <br /> The Permittee shall comply with all applicable state rules and statutes. The Permittee <br /> shall obtain all required local, state and federal permits for the project and comply with <br /> I the conditions of these permits.
