Michael Gaffron <br /> Page 2 <br /> 9/25/2012 <br /> In addition to the substation work, construction of the new 115 kV transmission line connection to <br /> the Orono Substation is anticipated to begin in early 2013. A portion of this new transmission line <br /> will be built over the northern edge of Outlot A including installation of three new transmission <br /> poles which will require the removal of some existing vegetation. A plan and profile of the new <br /> transmission line is attached showing the location of the new transmission line and areas of <br /> vegetation to be removed. Please note that an existing portion of Xcel Energy's Line 0831 over <br /> Outlot A; Lot 1, Block 5 and Lot 1 Block 6, Huntington Farm will be relocated and removed as part <br /> of the project.
