7 <br /> 1 So this isJ just filling in some of the <br /> 2 timelines . The close of the commentp eriod is the <br /> 3 26th . I would anticipate the scope of the <br /> 4 environmental assessment would be issued sometime in <br /> 5 early September and the environmental assessment , <br /> 6 which is the environmental review document , will be <br /> 7 prepared sometime in October . <br /> 8 Following that we ' ll be - - if you ' re <br /> 9 signed up on the project list , you ' ll be noticed . <br /> 10 There will also be a notice that appears in the <br /> 11 local paper . And I would anticipate that the <br /> 12 hearing would be held sometime probably in October <br /> 13 or earlier November of this year and that will be <br /> 14 out here . And then knowing what we know now we <br /> 15 would anticipate a final decision by the Commission <br /> 16 in December of this year . Those can change but <br /> 17 that ' s to give you some idea of the timeline we <br /> 18 would anticipate at this point . <br /> 19 One thing that I do want to talk about <br /> 20 and one of the reasons that we ' re out here is for <br /> 21 any large transmission project an environmental <br /> 22 review needs to be prepared . And one of the main <br /> 23 reasons for this meeting and for the comment period <br /> 24 is to gather information from people who are <br /> 25 familiar with the area and what they believe needs <br />
