THE BMPS ARE TO BE INSTALLED AT A MINIMUM AS SHOWN IN THE PLAN. IF <br />CONDITIONS ARISE, ADDITIONAL BMP SUPPLEMENTATION TO PREVENT SITE EROSION OR SEDIMENT TRANSPORT MAY <br />BE NECESSARY. THE MASS GRADING CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BMPS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE <br />MASS GRADING ACTIVITIES AND SUBSEQUENT TEMPORARY SOIL STABILIZATION NECESSARY TO PREPARE SITE FOR <br />STREET AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION AND HOME BUILDING. AT THE COMPLETION OF MASS GRADING WORK AND <br />SATISFACTORY SITE SOIL STABILIZATION, THE DEVELOPER AND MASS GRADING CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE <br />THE TRANSFER OF NPDES PERMIT RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE STREET AND UTILITY CONTRACTOR AND THE CITY. <br />THE STREET AND UTILITY CONTRACTOR AND CITY WILL THEN ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE <br />INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ANY IN-PLACE BMPS AS WELL AS INSTALL ADDITIONAL BMPS AS REQUIRED. <br />UPON COMPLETION OF STREET AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION, THE STREET AND UTILITY CONTRACTOR SHALL <br />REMOVE ANY BMPS INSTALLED DURING THE STREET AND UTILITY PHASE THAT ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED AND <br />COORDINATE THE TRANSFER OF NODES PERMIT RESPONSIBILITIES BACK TO THE DEVELOPER OR TERMINATE THE <br />PORTION OF THE NPDES PERMIT TRANSFERRED TO THE CITY AND THEIR CONTRACTOR. <br />CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCING: <br />MASS GRADING PHASE: <br />1.
