It should be <br /> noted that these setbacks are measured from <br /> the district boundary,the building itself will be <br /> developed on its own lot,established just <br /> outside the building footprint. <br /> 7b Height,stories, roof style Non-Conforming. The Council has authorized the initiation of a Comprehensive <br /> Plan amendment to create a new land use category of 15-19.9 units per acre. The Comprehensive <br /> Plan amendment will be considered at the same time as the Council considers the Final Site and <br /> Building Plan, and the Final Plat. <br /> Engineer Comments. The city engineer has provided some review comments. They and the <br /> applicants response is provided in the attached Exhibit J. <br /> Fire Comments. The Fire Department has provided comments, incorporated in the staff comment <br /> letter, Exhibit I. <br />
