LA21-000018 GLENN SOLIE, 3500 BAYSIDE RD, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (STAFF: <br />MELANIE CURTIS) <br /> <br />Nancy Solie, Applicant, was present. <br /> <br />Staff presented a summary packet of information. The Applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit <br />(CUP) for a bathroom including a shower in an accessory building to be constructed. Staff recommends <br />approval pursuant to the standard conditions for CUPs for plumbing. <br /> <br />Nancy Solie, 3500 Bayside Road, noted her husband Glenn had to catch a flight and the Commission may <br />know more about it than she does. <br /> <br />Ressler noted it is pretty straightforward, they have seen it before. <br /> <br />Ms. Solie noted they are not planning on renting it out, it is just in the backyard. <br /> <br />Curtis clarified it is a gym with a bathroom. <br /> <br />Chair Ressler opened the public hearing at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Ressler closed the public hearing at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Bollis moved, Kirchner seconded, to approve LA21-000018, 3500 Bayside Rd, Conditional Use Permit <br />as applied based on Staff recommendations. VOTE: Ayes 7, Nays 0. <br />
